Build a Tapered Mill gives the customer the ability to quote on line, the price and delivery of any style (2,3,or 4 flute), any size (1/16 to 1”), any helix from 0 to 45 degree, to any LOC within displayed specs, with any radius to within the displayed specs, to any angle, in any quantity, with any coating, in solid carbide.
Build a Tapered Mill is most competitive in quoting non standard tapered end mills. However, you will find that we are very competitive with many of the standard cutting tools that are offered by competitors. This is especially true where larger cutters with quantities of greater that 3 pcs are required. Tapered end mills quoted on build a tapered mill are manufactured to the exact specs for the given size required. Your end mill will have the proper constant helix angle, rake angle, core diameter, etc. for the given diameters and taper requirement. Build a mill DOES NOT ALTER a standard end mill. Each tool is individually manufactured to the exact specifications you desire on the latest state of the art, 5 axis CNC grinders.
Helpful hints when quoting tools: Quantity changes can make drastic differences in prices in the low quantity ranges. All dimensional entries must be entered as decimals Shanks longer than required can be used for long reach applications
